Radamel Falcao’s ACL Injury
In 2014, Radamel Falcao, the Colombian striker, suffered a severe anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury while playing for AS Monaco. The injury occurred during a French Cup game. After undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery, Falcao embarked on an extensive rehabilitation process, including physical therapy and strength training. He faced a race against time to recover in time for the 2014 FIFA World Cup but, unfortunately, he didn’t make it. However, he eventually regained his form and continued his career at top clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United.
